Our response to Dispensing Errors Order laid before Parliament

On Tuesday 14 November the Department of Health laid the Dispensing Errors (Registered Pharmacies) Order before Parliament.

In response GPhC Chief Executive, Duncan Rudkin said:

Department of Health consultation is an opportunity for positive reform

The Department of Health has today launched a consultation on the regulatory reform of health professional regulation in which it asks questions on how to improve the protection of the public through more efficient, responsive and effective regulation. 

The consultation paper poses a number of important questions on the future of health regulation.
