Joint statement from the GPhC and RPS on the safety features under the Falsified Medicines Directive coming into force

Joint statement from the General Pharmaceutical Council and Royal Pharmaceutical Society on the safety features under the Falsified Medicines Directive coming into force

The legal requirements of the safety features Delegated Regulation under the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) will be in force from 9 February 2019 onwards. 

The chief executives of the GPhC and RPS met earlier this week to discuss professional concerns around FMD implementation.
